This is a low-budget property that offers excellent value considering its price and prime location. Situated right in the heart of the city, there are plenty of dining options within a two-minute walk. The famous Baku Boulevard along the Caspian Sea is just a 10-minute walk away, while Nizami Street is a straightforward 20-minute stroll, which is a treat if the weather is right.
There is no elevator, and the hotel occupies the second floor and above. Climbing the stairs with luggage—or for elderly guests and anyone with mobility concerns—can be a major challenge.
The room provided all the essential amenities like fridge, tea pot, and good air conditioning; however, minor bathroom repairs and fixture maintenance would go a long way in elevating the property's rating.

Отличное расположение. До достопримечательностей и метро можно быстро дойти пешком. Рядом много хороших ресторанчиков и кафе, магазинчиков. Близко набережная.
Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Завтраки простые и вкусные.
Планировка номера и всего отеля интересная. Хорошо работал климат-контроль в номере. Было средство от комаров, оказавшееся актуальным. Чистое белоснежное белье и полотенца, удобные матрасы. Прекрасно работал холодильник.
В ванной пахло канализацией. Фен слабоват. Ремонт делался давно, но обстановка вполне комфортная.
Отель находится на втором этаже, лифта нет. Пожилым людям тяжеловато подниматься наверх с вещами.

The room is quiet even though it is looking on the street. AC works excellently and the bed is comfy. You get lots of necessities and water.
Staff working there, they looked so confused. The hallway is a little sketchy and there are lots of mosquitos in the entrance of the room and you can't enter the room without them getting into it and you will have a long time killing them. Bathroom is kinda old and the toilet was broken and you could hear it even with the doors closed. Soundproof from the hallway is really bad and if someone is even talking you will hear everything. Bedsheet was kinda dirty, had couple of stains on it.
