The unit very comfy and homy, great location too as it is just across Uptown Mall with lots of restaurants
No place for luggage storage even just few hours before check in.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great value for money, washing machine and dryer available.
Hosts permitted a late checkout of 1pm.
Unit 6I have a luggage storage service for 300php per medium suitcase up to 3 hours.
Not an issue for us but I saw people struggle taking their luggage up the stairs to the lobby. If you go to the right hand side of the building there’s a ramp around Tower 1.
The keypad would sometimes bug (wouldn’t lock as we exit) so we would need to enter the apartment with someone in it, the would lock the door manually from the inside and I would enter the code to open the lock. This seemed to reset it.

Host easy to contact and very helpful . Location and room were perfect
Lifts, two lifts were non operational so at times it could take a long time to get up and down from the room. (This is no fault of the hosts)
