De locatie is super, alles op loopafstand. Het hotel is prachtig, de kamers ruim en perfect schoon. Je voelt je helemaal thuis. Het lekkerste is als je de steeg binnenloopt, en stap voor stap de rust van dit pareltje binnentreedt. En dan het ontbijt: beste ontbijt wat ik ooit heb gehad. Alle kleine gerechtjes, de een nog lekker dan de ander. Gastronomische droom. De superaardige gastheer Recep heeft een schone, superfijne en rustige plek gecreëerd middenin in de drukte van Urfa.
Parkeren moet je even weten. 50 meter na het hotel is een parking (otopark) en daar geef je je sleutel af zodat zij af en toe kunnen verzetten. Is betrouwbaar

The hotel is stunning and beautifully designed. It is a perfect blend of history, culture and modernity. The rooms are gorgeous with excellent climate control for the hot weather. I loved the courtyard seating for guests.
I’m so glad we booked this hotel as the location is just minutes walk from wonderful restaurants, gumruk Han (indoor market) and importantly, the Balikligol complex. You can spend an entire afternoon at Balikligol and take in the calm and serenity of the area. There are also museums (I recommend the Archeology and mosaic museum) just a 4 minute taxi ride away. The reception staff are very helpful and booked both of our transfer vehicles for us which we were very grateful for. My family would particularly like to thank Receb who was phenomenally hospitable, attentive and very kind. The night staff (I cannot remember his name) was also hospitable and helpful. I think the other day staff and kitchen would benefit from some additional training in professionalism. For instance, it’s not particularly professional to cook food and eat lunch/ dinner meals in front of guests without offering any kitchen service to guests. I did have to speak to reception staff about rooms and bathrooms needing proper cleaning on day 5 and this dealt with professionally and promptly.
Breakfast was delicious and felt luxurious. My family was honoured to be served traditional and ottoman dishes and quality ingredients. However, given that we stayed at the hotel for six nights, the chef should have made some changes to the breakfast on day 4.
Overall, I 100% recommend this hotel. If I return to Şanlıurfa, I will be staying at Zerzembe hotel. A beautiful gem.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und gepflegt.
Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebevoll.
Die Lage ist super, da man die Stadt zu Fuß erreichen kann, nicht aber die Sehenswürdigkeiten die etwas außerhalb sind.
Das Frühstück ist für Gäste die gerne frühstücken ein Traum, es fehlte an absolut nichts, uns war es aber zu viel, sodass wir am zweiten Morgen nur das genommen haben, was wir auch essen wollten und konnten .

Zerzembe Otelinde konakladık Bayram arifesi gecesinde, Güneydoğu anadolu turumuz için ve hiç pişman olmadık. Konumu merkezde balıklı göle ve sıra gecesi yerlerine çok yakın. Girdiğinizde o konak manzarası sizi büyülüyor. Bu oteli güzel yapam bunlar değil, asıl güzel yapan personel. Özellikle Recep Bey, tüm kaldığımız süreç boyunca aşırı ilgiliydi. Çok güler yüzlü ekip ve alanında profesyoneller.
Varış - kendi anlaşmalı otoparkları var hemen otel girişinin yanında, orası yoğun saatlerde dolu olabiliyor o yüzden en yakın diğer bir otopark ise Katlı Kapalı Otopark. Check-in oldukça hızlı. Bazı odalara çıkmak için dik bir merdiven çıkmak gerekebilir - o yüzden ulaşım engeli olanların sanırım zemin kat odalara bakmaları gerek.
Odalar - odaların sunduğu atmosfer çok güzel, odalar da temiz. Şampuan ve vücut jelleri olarak Atelier Rebul marka kullanılıyor. Tuvaletlerin dizaynı iyi ve yataklar oldukça hijyenik. Klasik içerikler var, safe, kettle, su, soda, bornoz vs.
Kahvaltı - başka yerde kahvaltı ederim diye düşünmeyin muhtemelen yine en güzel kahvaltıyı bu otelde yiyeceksinizdir. Daha önceden hiç denemediğimiz kahvaltı çeşitleri çoktu ve ürünlerin hepsi organik, elle yapılmış. Eğer Urfa'ya yemek için geliyorsanız eğer tavsiyem çok fazla yememek olur. Biz abarttık her şeyin mükemmel olduğunu görünce bu sefer de öğle ve akşam yemeğine yerimiz kalmadı.
Özet - Her şey dört dörtlüktü, Urfa ziyaretlerimizde mutlaka geri geleceğiz.
