We have just had a two night stay to attend a family wedding with 7 of us in total (5 the first night and an extra 2 the second night). The home was easy to find and in a great vacinity to Durham. It was exactly as described with some lovely welcome gifts too. The hosts were amazing, we had a question regarding the sleeping arrangements when needing to use the sofa beds and bedding which were responded to quickly and resolved. Mandy and Jordan clearly take exceptional care of their guests and their house. It was very clean, smelt amazing from walking through the door to leaving. The roll top bath was a huge hit with all the family (from 4 to 41 years old 😂). Not that we used all due a short stay but the house had everything you could possibly need. The garden looked lovely although we didn't have time to enjoy it!

The property is quirky. Interesting decoration. Bedding was clean . Lots of towels available . Nice little welcome touches . In a very quiet location .
Property may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Lots of additional extras such as honey and coffee which made for a nice welcome. Location perfect for exploring the area.
Facilities did not match those advertised at all leaving the outdoor space and hot tub unusable. Private car parking is also listed but should also make clear that this is in fact on street parking in a very crowded cul de sac. This means you need to park on pavement. This is something important to consider when booking.
