Molto pulito, posizione fantastica, la casa era fornita di tutto ciò che poteva servire
Odore terribile di pattumiera nell’androne del palazzo, vi era un cortile piccolissimo nel quale sono stati posizionate i bidoni della pattumiera, per passare ed arrivare alla scala bisogna trattenere il respiro.
L’affaccio e’ nel cortile interno per la zona giorno, essendo un primo piano appena sotto sono presenti i motori di un grande impianto di climatizzazione del palazzo a fianco, fanno un rumore infernale tutto il giorno e tutta notte ed inoltre emanano un calore assurdo, quindi le finestre di notte se avete il sonno leggero non possono stare aperte, il lato camera invece affaccia nel cavedio delle scale, appena davanti alla finestra e’ presente una tettoia del piano sottostante e vari oggetti caduti dalle finestre dei piani superiori… questa non puo’ essere mai aperta.
Peccato, l’appartamento e’ bello e pulito, posizione stupenda, prezzo buono ma le parti comuni sono terribili.
