I loved the size of the room, perfect for solo traveler like me or two people. I wouldn't recommend one room for two people though, it would be cramped. The space was also newly built so most of the appliances were new. The bed was quite comfortable and not hard, as most beds are in Viet. The wifi was also stable and the air conditioning was cold. The owner is also very responsive and understanding. I arrived on a late night flight and the owner told me to rest and pay for the room the next morning.
Some parts of the bathroom drain was not cleaned and the floor was dusty when I arrived. Another thing, that was not the fault of the property, is that there was construction going on during the first few days I stayed which made it quite distracting. There are also neighborhood dogs that would sometimes bark in the middle of the night. Definitely not the most quiet neighbourhood even though we were in a small street. So small, that it was impossible for a car to enter.
