Do not rent this property. Nothing they advertised is correct. It is not secure and not worth money.

Disliked · Everything about this property was a disappointment. The pool was freezing despite being advertised as heated, and the hot tub was also cold even though we were told it would be hot. Several safety and access issues were alarming: the downstairs doors do not close securely from the outside, and the only way to reach the upstairs is through an exterior entrance, which cannot be locked. The main gate didn’t work, and we ended up having to climb the fence just to leave for a scheduled tour.
Cleanliness and maintenance were also unacceptable. We arrived to find dirty wastebaskets full of trash. There were no instructions for anything in the unit. We were told there were washing machines, but none were found, and our inquiries went unanswered. One shower was clogged with standing water, and the kitchen sink would not drain at all. The refrigerator was leaking, leaving a soaked, dirty towel on the floor that made the tile slippery. The kitchen cupboards were broken, and there were no basic supplies—no paper towels, no cleaning products, not even a broom until we specifically requested one.
The claim that the property is “secured” is questionable at best. If we had to climb the fence because the gate opener didn’t work, how secure can it be?
We also requested just a few hours of early check-in, and they demanded $150 in cash, which felt completely unreasonable.
Overall, this stay was a total disappointment. Please do not stay at this property—learn from our experience. We are a college group led by instructors, and much of the money used to pay for this came from school funds that students worked hard to earn. This was an unfortunate and frustrating waste of resources.
