Appartamento molto carino e spazioso, posizione davvero super centrale. Proprietari disponibili a farci depositare le valige in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in.
Dotato di lavatrice e climatizzatore :-)
La cucina non era sufficientemente equipaggiata: mancavano posate, cucchiaini... non erano sufficienti per le 4 persone ospitate.
Pulizia assolutamente scadente. Strati di polvere sui mobili e sotto ai letti.

Buen tamaño y tiene lavavajillas
La limpieza dejaba que desear, telarañas en la cocina encima de la puerta de entrada, el mueble del baño y el toallero bastante sucio, la persiana del salón rota, no se puede bajar depor lo que si se duerme allí entra mucha luz cuando amanece. Echamos en falta un microondas.

I hope the host will take my feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement and understand that location alone cannot ensure guests’ satisfaction. Attention to detail truly makes a difference.
What concerned me most, beyond the general level of cleanliness, was that the host was aware we were five people, and having sufficient cutlery and at least five chairs is a basic expectation. It’s not ideal to have to eat standing.
I would also kindly recommend replacing the pillows in the bedroom, as this aspect suggested that guest comfort might not be receiving the necessary attention.
The property had the potential to be one of the best places I’ve stayed, but unfortunately it did not live up to that potential.
