The property was very clean and comfortable. It was in a good location.
The dining area was remarkably nice.
The apartment was very quiet and safe.
The host was very approachable. They were quick to respond for the messages. The check in process was very easy. Mylene provided a very clear check in and check out instructions.

Situación, tranquilidad y espacios amplios. Personal pendiente de cualquier mínimo problema, como que el mando de la tele se quedase sin pilas.

Everything! We loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean. excellent facilities (bathroom / kitchen / WiFi / TV etc). The bedrooms were comfortable, beds excellent and room very quiet. I think I saw some reviews mention the place being cold .. all I can say is there are very good heaters in the rooms now (not that we really needed them at this time of year). The location was very central to the city centre and there were loads of great pubs / restaurants in the Jewellery Quarter. We will definitely be back.

Spacious and very comfortable!
The kitchen area could use some lighting over the sink area. When washing dishes or using that area at all, you were in your own light making it hard to see what you were doing.
