Great location in a quiet road leading to the centre with easy access to bars and restaurants. Apartment looks out on to the quiet road on one side and quiet courtyard on the other. Fairly spacious, well equipped kitchen and generous drinks in the fridge as well as tea and coffee. Slippers provided.
There were artificial air fresheners which I hate but I just put them outside. Little storage in main bedroom but not too much of a problem for a short stay. As others have said there is a problem with the bathroom light. It goes out after seconds then comes on and goes off erratically. We got round that by using the good light over the sink.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und der Hinweis auf das nahe gelegene Parkhaus ist wirklich Gold wert. Das Appartement ist schöne eingerichtet und hat eine super Badewanne. Den Tisch fanden wir super und das Ess- und Wohnzimmer war auch sehr schön und vor allem geräumig. Hier standen auch zwei Schlafsofas. Ist man zu 6, dann wird der Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich zu einem Schlaf-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich.
Also es gab hier schon ein paar Punkte. Eine Sache, die man nicht so leicht ändern kann ist, dass es sich um eine Erdgeschosswohnung handelt und die Fenster zu einer Nebengasse bzw. zum frei zugänglichen Innenhof zeigen. Wenn man in der Nacht lüften möchte, dann hat man halt nur die Fensterläden als "Sicherheit". Wenn der Innenhof ein Tor bekommen würden, dann würde das die Situation verbessern.
Was man direkt mit wenig Aufwand verbessern kann sind die Fliegengitter (beispielsweise Rollladen oder Plissee) - wir haben 3 Mücken erwischt und es gab den ein oder anderen Stich.
Was definitiv zu beachten ist: die Schlafsofas sind nicht wirklich für normalgroße Erwachsene (1,75m) geeignet. Kinder und kleine Erwachsene geht (Sofas stehen im Wohnbereich). Das muss man beachten, wenn man alle 6 Schlafplätze benötigt - kein Weltuntergang, aber auch nicht unwichtig.
Es gab ein kleines Kommunikationsproblem. Irgendwie haben bei uns 2 Bettlacken für die Schlafsofas gefehlt. Das haben wir allerdings viel zu spät bemerkt - nämlich als wir die Sofas zum Schlafen hergerichtet haben. Wir haben uns dann anders geholfen, was okay war. Vielleicht einfach ein paar zusätzliche Lacken in den offene Schrank legen und da gibt es auch keine Probleme damit.

Situé proche du quartier central mais suffisamment en retrait pour éviter le bruit. Très bien équipé.
