Amazing value with a fantastic pool in the middle of Vientiane. We only stayed one night (more than enough for this city but that’s another matter), and the hotel was comfy with a lovely room that looked onto the pool. Staff were hospitable and helped us book a taxi to the airport and print boarding passes. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. They also gave us a late check out free of charge!
There wasn’t much of a lobby to relax in and the restaurant doubled up as a work/chill area which was a bit strange. There was also a construction project over the pool and outside our room in the morning which we weren’t told about.

Nice pool & good travellers hotel. Good location & very helpful staff. Good restaurants & coffee shops in next street. Nothing flash but nice & friendly. Booking rate as 4 star but more like a 3 star.
Basic breakfast, but there are really good cafes nearby. If you turn the bathroom light on it lights up the whole room as there is just a glass panel between bathroom & room. I was up early & made my roommate very grumpy.

Teh room and the hotel was well maitained.
The room was clea but under, behinded and anyarea that need small furnituer was not cleaned for some time.Had droped my reading glasses behind the bed and when iI saw it in dust 3cm depth was disappointed.

We didn't have breakfast. It is available at USD $9 pp I believe but we opted to eat at one of the cafes across the road for much less.
The 3 concurrent device limitation for wifi was problematic. Even though we didn't have 3 concurrent devices, it would not let me connect to a device which made it challenging as I had an important meeting to take. I ended up using my phone hot spot.
The bathroom also has a large glass panel that allows you to see into living room and vice versa. There are blinds you can draw, but at the edges, you can still see. So the privacy isn't ideal.
