I liked the Bavarian "flavor" of the place. And I got a free dinner (see below). Some coffee, tee in the room is quite usual, but what wasn't usual was a bottle of Zirndorf beer which I greatly appreciated. My opinion might be a little bit biased. If you go to a chain hotel, it's the same wherever you are. Even for business, I want the hotel to be unique, and fit the local culture. The dinner was good, although way too salty for my taste.
This is the responsibility of Booking.com, not Anna (I suppose it's her name). When I came, she told me she doesn't work with Booking, but the previous tenant did, so I wasn't expected. She found a place for me anyway, in an unused room which was freezing cold before she set the heating. After some troubleshooting, it worked. But in the meantime, I could have a free dinner until the room is warm.
Careful: no breakfast. At least I haven't found it, everything was closed.
