Comfortable but with a damp foisty smell

Comfortable studio, fabulous location

The kitchen had a section ilof damp which caused an awful foisty smell, also we had to buy a couple of heaters as it was quite cold. Although these issues weren't really resolved during stay, customer services team were as helpful as they could be which was appreciated.

L'appartamento è situato poco fuori dal centro, che resta tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. È stato palesemente ristrutturato da poco e risulta molto accogliente. Il giardino è carino anche se potrebbe essere tenuto molto meglio. Cucina, bagno e camera da letto molto luminose e confortevoli. Al nostro arrivo pioveva ed abbiamo chiuso se potessimo fare il check-in un'ora in anticipo e ci è stato concesso, cosa particolarmente apprezzata.

L'appartamento non è stato pulito bene. Non abbiamo trovato carta igienica né detersivo per lavatrice e per i piatti. La cucina puzza di muffa, in particolare i cassetti affianco al forno (quello delle posate ha un odore che fa passare la fame). L'appartamento, soprattutto, è freddo. Magari non abbiamo avuto fortuna col meteo, ma l'appartamento era gelido. Il riscaldamento è spento e non si ha modo di accenderlo. Quando abbiamo chiesto all'host se fosse possibile accenderlo, la richiesta è stata semplicemente ignorata. Personalmente avrei tranquillamente accettato una risposta negativa ma penso il minimo sia, appunto, una risposta.
