The property is not in the touristic center but that was good with me because there was no noise around. The house is nice and clean, only 5 rooms, common big kitchen. The rooms are very spacious, located perfectly so that you don’t hear your neighbours. The bed sheets and towels are really clean. The bed is big and comfortable. It’s also amazing that there’s a washing and drying machine available, you can clean your clothes whenever you want.
There wasn’t very sufficient communication with the manager of the property. She answered very slowly, if I wrote in the morning she answered only late evening. She also didn’t inform when she wanted to see me for payment and could come unexpectedly and ask me to come when I wasn’t at house. It was also inconvenient that they started some repair house works and the host didn’t inform about that, the works lasted almost 1 week when I stayed and kept on going when I checked out.

Если вы приехали рано., будьте готовы к тому, что вы останетесь на улице. Мы сидели на стульчиках кафе у ворот отеля, т.к. они были закрыты. У местного населения есть такой прикол сидеть и чилить на стульях по утрам под чаек. Вот и мы с ними почилили утром. Отель новый, все новое, комфортное. Персонал, который мы не видели, не отвечает по целому дню бывает на сообщения. Они не знают, что такое поздний выезд, и предложили оплатить продление до 17.00 по полной стоимости суток) Ну, из плюсов они предложили посидеть внизу в холле. За это отдельное спасибо. Байк подогнали нам за 100 донгов в сутки, ехал он нормально, тут остались довольны. В Целом пожелания хозяевам, сделать заселение и выселение более комфортным для гостей и отвечать на сообщения. В остальном все хорошо.
Персонал не отвечает на сообщения.
Персонала там не найдёшь вообще.
Нет позднего выезда, полные полные сутки нужно даже до 17:00. Если приехал рано, останешься на улице, ворота закрыты, хозяева на сообщения, не отвечают, трубки не берут. Мы уже нашли новый отель и собирались отменять эту бронь, но в итоге хозяин все таки ответил спустя 40 минут ожидания у ворот.

The location was quite far from any attractions, the place was not well maintained and need a renovation, the price is 3 times too high
