Traditional Kerala Homestay experience

The Hotel was newly re-furbished with typical Kerela style houses. Property was easily located over Google Map. Nice Parking Area. Places and city centre nearby. Hot Water and toiletries were of good quality. Owner VishnuRaj guided us on late check-in.
I booked with Breakfast included, however we were served from a local shop nearby which was not at all good. So would request not to mention "Breakfast Included". Hospitality could have been little better. When I asked places to see nearby, Receptionist told to check google. Also we were asked to clean our utensils, & tables after having breakfast. Which was fine but should have been mentioned in Description.
I would say Communication was a Big Gap.

Reached the location, the customer did not respond. hence changed the resort.
