New property 2 bhk apartment with all required amenities.
very good for a small family 2 adults and 2 children.
The owner is a genuinely good person who has done her best to furnish the property with exceptional amenities.

The property does not have an approach road to the entrance. If you have big luggage especially when you travel internationally for a holiday one has to pull the luggage for about 150 Mts on a concrete road which is not even..
The taxi drivers invariably stop at a nearby hotel and create a fuss to go into the 1st side road. This is a real issue
The smaller bedroom without an attached toilet is more for kids and it would do good if it has a lock for the sliding doors.
The property has no windows and if there is a failure of power back up it would be dark
