The area has a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The check-in process is somewhat inconvenient as reception is not available 24 hours, the receptionist is not very accommodating, and there is no on-site security. Some people leave the main door open since it is keyless and remains accessible to everyone 24/7.

New furniture, clean and comfortable bed plus a pleasant little balcony. Staff was friendly, they helped out with detergent for the laundry. The street was busy daytime but quiet at night. ..
The sink in the kitchen had an unpleasant smell. The toilet seat was loose. --

I stayed in two rooms at BRIO Mireva over 3 weeks. This would be a 10/10 review, except that the “Deluxe Studio” rooms 203 and 204, are a poorly designed disaster.
First the 10/10 part. This is a brand new building in the heart of the An Thuong area. It’s minutes from the beach and tons of great food. The bars and nightclubs are close by if that’s your thing. Rooms include a washer/dryer, TV, small fridge, microwave, induction burner, kettle and a small set of dishes. Tony, the manager/host is friendly and responds quickly to questions and concerns. My first room was a “Studio with Balcony” on the front of the building and was great. No complaints.
However……..the building has a 2-story lobby covering about 1/4 of the footprint. Rooms 203 and 204 have windows overlooking this large, empty space lined with concrete, glass and tile. The windows open but not to the outside.
Even with the windows closed every sound from the lobby is amplified and blasted into these rooms. Every slam of the entry door, every conversation and every child stomping around the lobby is audible. The squeak of the hinges on the front door is audible.
I don’t complain about construction noise because this is Da Nang and to be expected (and it stops at night), but the noise from the lobby is on another level of annoying. Apparently they hope to lease the lobby to a business of some kind (according to the sign in the window). I can’t imagine what fresh hell that would add to these rooms.
Choosing the “Deluxe Studio” means you lose the balcony, and gain a few square feet, a slightly larger dining table and a small couch. And the noise. Don’t do it!
