Very modern building but lacking many essentials, making it feel half-finished. Walkable to Taj Mahal in the morning. Bed was well-equipped. Basement was a nice area.
Feels half finished. Reception had no desk. The main light switch in the room was underneath someone’s bed, which the staff were unable to find. On arrival, I had to ask to clean the shower (which lacks hooks and good drainage, meaning it was always flooded). Restaurant was closed for the whole three days I stayed. Laundry was expensive and took longer than promised, requiring several instances of chasing. All small tweaks which good management could quickly rectify, but ultimately contributed to a disappointing stay, unfortunately.
