The house and location were exceptional. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had everything you could hope for and everything was spotless. Great communication with Emma, with prompt and helpful responses - all of my party thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the 32 year old right up to the 91 year old - thank you ๐ ๐ ๐

The house is lovely.
The location is good for getting to anywhere, near to everything too.
The house wasn't as clean as It looks. There was toast and tissues under the bed, alot of greece on the cooker and hood, the rug s were thick with hairs, the floors were dirty, we had an 18mth baby running around, her socks were filthy as were ours. The settees were all stained and felt damp to sit on. The disabled chair in the shower was covered in black mold and the shower was dirty. We wiped the kitchen sides down and it was yellow?! The freezer was leaking all over the kitchen floor, had to mop several times and this made it a hazard for the baby and us to walk on. The back yard was also untouched from the previous people, dog bones, sand, dog urine smell, we had to wash I'd down as the smell was overpowering. All this is such a shame as it could have been so different.
