Limpeza, tinha o básico necessário
Cafeteira não funcionou, sem controle remoto da tv. Solicitei ação do proprietário e não fui atendido! O número do apartamento não foi fornecido juntamente com o endereço, tivemos que testar a senha em vários até encontrar o nosso!

Leider hat wohl in Zimmer 9 jemand vor uns geraucht. Das Bad riecht ausgeprägt, das Zimmer etwas.

The location is perfect, very close to the tram station.
It could be suitable for a few days' stay.
The customer service is the worst; they keep you on the phone for a very long time to revise the information.
The main entrance lock code was not working, it took them three days to send me a functional one.
No clear information for residents about the trash bins; sometimes you see that people leaving their trash next to the elevator. The main corridor between the apartments is completely sealed, with absolutely no ventilation.
The curtains are poorly sized and barely cover the windows. There is no housekeeping during your stay, if you want your room cleaned, you have to pay extra.
