The location was nice and remote with large driveway for parking. The room was clean and nicely arranged with tv, kettle and a little table. I’m sure an a different day it would be a nicer stay.
The weather was very hot and unfortunately the room didn’t have a fan or any air conditioning so even though the shutters were down it was a very uncomfortable night. The shower room is a short walk from the room and opposite where they keep their dogs. As the dogs didn’t know us, they would bark when they saw us. They also started barking around 03:00 hrs and the host had to get up to tend them. We stayed there when England were playing Norway in the World Cup, but to my frustration the TV seemed to loose all signal at 23:00 hrs so I couldn’t watch all the football match.
