We were in town for a family wedding at Winvian Farm with planned activities Friday & Saturday. This charming home was very comfortable and everyone e had their own rooms. Thank you for a perfect home for a most memorable weekend!

Beautifully equipped Kitchen. Thoughtful hosts. All clad pots. These people cook! Enchanting little study, comfortable beds. We were 7 adults and one 12 year old girl. Plenty of games, puzzles, wonderful books. Had a lovely party w. Family and old friends, where we spent all night outdoors, barbecued, danced, a perfect picnic area. House was immaculate!

We stayed during the holidays with my extended family. The house was a charming old house and had a lot of fun. With little kids running around, we wished the hardwood floors were in better condition. It was cold the days we stayed and had to keep the extra wood burning furnace on, which was an interesting experience. The yard was wonderful for the kids to play in, especially the zipline!! The area and town is nice - we took a walk around a private school nearby and it was very scenic. The owner was very responsive and accomodating.

We were pleasantly surprised by just how well this home was equipped for our visit with five children ranging in age from 1 to 8. They loved the backyard, playroom, and bunk beds and toddler bed in the kids room that allowed them to have a “sleepover.” The home was spacious and lovely. and the hosts very responsive when I reached out with an initial request and questions about the property. A short but wonderful visit!

We stayed at this wonderful home to celebrate a 40th birthday and the house and owners exceeded our expectations. The house is large and comfortable with a lot of charm and character. The bedrooms were wonderful and the beds super comfy. We loved the outdoor patio and spacious yard! Robert was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Sarah and Robert's house. The weather was very warm for October, so we were able to eat lunch on the big patio, enjoyed flowers and herbs in the garden, played in the big backyard, and did BBQ at night. The house has lots of characters. I especially loved the country kitchen that was well stocked and equipped with all you need. We also enjoyed visiting the farm markets and orchards nearby thanks to the tip from Robert and Sarah. Hope to go back again!

A charming country-style home perfect for a family stay, complete with treehouse and zipline and bunk beds for multiple kids to sleep together. The owners are super responsive and the area lovely.

Well-appointed and room to spread out- a lovely and quiet backyard. This lovely home, with comfortable living spaces and luxurious beds is the quintessential Litchfield County colonial. Only wish we could have had a longer stay! Will definitely return.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! The location was perfect and the house was so charming. Robert and Sarah were amazing hosts and set us up for incredible weekend. I highly recommend their home and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Property was great. Exceptions..Back door where lock box was located, the glass on door was taped to frame. I suggest a new screen/outside door. I was concerned it would fall and break every time we used the door. There were items in fridge when we got there. We didn't remove anything except what we brought with us. The instructions for manuevering house are excellent..no issues.. Lovely thanks for having us.
