Ok value for money but need maintenance

Great location and super spacious

It is in great need of some love and maintenance. The check in instructions were clear but inaccurate, when we arrived all the doors (except the apartment one) were open. Weird toilet location separated from showers, but normal in france. Hot water only lasted for one shower, being 3 people this was a problem

Apart from the problems of access, a really great place to stay

Excellent location, massive flat, very clean and comfortable. Very helpful host.

I left home and access to my emails a couple of days before I was told how to access the flat, so was left anxious about getting in to it. Better means of communication needed.

Very nice apartment once your inside.

The apartment is very nice. Very clean and very modern. It has (almost) everything we needed (see below).

The building the apartment is in and the street are a bit run down. That, of course, has nothing to do with the host and the apartment (being as nice as it is) helps make up for it. The only thing I would add to the apartment would be a couple of luggage racks for folks to put their suitcases on. There really isn't any flat space to place luggage in the bedrooms themselves (except for the shelves in the closets.)

Nada

Las sábanas estaban utilizadas y olían, lo hicimos saber al propietario y también que el apartamento estaba sucio y lo puso en duda y no nos hizo caso. Nos pusimos en contacta con booking y nos dijeron que hablaban con él pero que podía tardar hasta 12h. que es el margen que le dan al propietario para resolverlo, eran las 22h. Edificio en muy mal estado: puerta de entrada siempre abierta con manilla en el suelo para que no se cierre, sin luz en la escalera y con tablones rotos con signos de termitas. Cristales sucios, pañuelos de papel dentro de armarios, tapa del wc de madera (antihigénico), ventanas sin mosquiteras, para sábanas funda nórdica 100% acrílica (antihigénica y antitranspirable), sillas en mal estado, arañas, mandos de no sabemos qué dentro de lo que sirve de armario, etc... El aparcamiento justo para entrar según el tipo de coche. Mandamos fotografies de todo al propietario y como en un principio no mandamos de las sábanas,hasta el dia de hoy creo que las fotografias no se pueden oler, nos contesta que no deberian estar tan sucias, luego le mandamos la fotografia y hasta el dia de hoy ninguna respuesta.

Dat we genoeg opties hadden in het huis. Genoeg ruimte voor ons 4.

De kat van de buren gaf geluidsoverlast en heeft bij de voordeur geplast waardoor er een sterke ammoniak geur in het trappenhuis hing, ook hing er geen lamp in het trappenhuis.
