Bardzo ładny, komfortowy, nowoczesny obiekt. Apartament wykończony materiałami bardzo dobrej jakości. Przestrzenny. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dużo przestrzeni także w samym obiekcie. Bardzo fajny basen. Blisko do centrum miasteczka. Sklep 50 m od obiektu. Super wygodne łóżka. Dużo źródeł światła. Przestrzenny parking podziemny. Po prostu wszystko, by dobrze wypocząć.
Jedynym minusem było to, że apartament miał mało światła słonecznego (przez dość dużą werandę, która sama w sobie była super, ale nie dopuszczała światła dziennego do apartamentu) oraz że był położony od strony ulicy, po której obywał się ruch pojazdów, który generował hałas.
