The main positives of this accommodation were definitely the location and the price. The area felt quiet and safe, and the host was kind and helpful, sending us some recommendations before our stay. The apartment is also reasonably well equipped, especially the kitchen, where you can find most of what you need. We were also provided with plenty of towels and hand soap in the bathroom.
Unfortunately, apart from these aspects, the stay was rather disappointing. The biggest issue was definitely the cleanliness. The floor clearly did not seem to have been properly vacuumed or cleaned, and several things in the apartment did not feel clean enough to comfortably use. The standing fan, which was the only option available to cool down the apartment, was especially problematic, as it was covered in a very noticeable layer of dust and did not feel hygienic to use. There is no air conditioning, which we were aware of before booking, but the apartment can get quite warm, so having a clean and usable fan would have made a big difference.
The apartment also felt significantly older and more worn than it appears in the photos. The pictures gave the impression of a fully renovated and modern apartment, while in reality it felt more like an older apartment with some renovation attempts. Some of the furniture and features also showed their age.
The bed was another major downside. It seemed unusually short, approximately 170–180 cm, and the mattress and bed structure were very unstable. Any movement or turning during the night caused the whole bed to move enough to disturb the other person. The mattress also appeared to be placed on a separate base inside a bed frame rather than being properly secured as part of the bed, which made the overall setup feel unstable and uncomfortable.

La posizione è stato il fattore che ci ha fatto scegliere la struttura. In più i proprietari sono stati eccellenti e super disponibili.
Ahimè invece ci sono stati piccoli problemi con: le prese di corrente, alcune non funzionanti / non raggiungibili; e anche con il bagno, la vasca non scaricava bene.
