Appartement proche de la plage, place de parking privée, grande terrasse avec barbecue, climatisation , il y a tous ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour!

The location very close to the North beach and 5 - 10 mins to town, parking, large terrace with large table, chairs etc and barbecue. Cooking equipment was good. Washing machine useful
No linen available so cost us an extra 200 euros to buy towels and bedding at IKEA as we flew from UK. There is no information folder so no instructions for appliances (the oven stopped working due to clock needing resetting). It is a very basic building, a bit tatty in places and the owners were really rude when we complained about some issues. Ie. Terrible lighting (no lamps on mezzanine, no ceiling lights in bedroom or kitchen). Only one fan (aircon only in living room). We had to ask for more plates, dishwasher tablets and bin bags. It should have the basics. We bought so much and have left for next visitors (oil, vinegar, salt & pepper etc), The fridge- freezer needs defrosting and we lost some food and a bottle of fine because of this. The public car park backs onto the terrace and we constantly had camper vans parked next to the wall. Luckily they were not noisy nor smoking but if they had been it would be a big problem. The living area opens onto the street (affecting privacy) and to get to the terrace you have to walk through a bedroom. Sofa and chair only seats 3 so if more you have to sit at the table. Would be difficult in bad weather. The concierge (not the owner!) was lovely.
