Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 nuits au MaGil avec nos deux enfants. Ce qui distingue cet établissement, c'est l'attention aux détails. La qualité de la literie et des serviettes, l'équipement fourni dans la cuisine, le barbecue, le hamac, le jeu de Jenga géant, le ballon et les fusils à eau pour les enfants, les chaises et la planche de surf prêtées pour la plage, le pain aux bananes offert à notre arrivée et ce, sans produit laitier pour notre fils... Une qualité rarement vue dans les différents logements réservés un peu partout à travers le monde. Tout est neuf, tout est magnifique. Vous êtes à une dizaine de minutes du centre de Tamarindo. Pour nous, c'était parfait. Un endroit tranquille, mais à proximité de l'action. Manon et Gilles sont des hôtes exceptionnels. On sent qu'ils ont mis énormément de coeur dans ce projet. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel pour les familles dans les villas, les amis, ou encore pour les couples du côté des cabinas. Bravo!!

Le MaGil is one of the most beautiful boutique hotels we have ever stayed at.
It is run by a lovely couple who clearly put their heart into every detail. Everything is thoughtfully designed and perfectly coordinated. The rooms are spotlessly clean while still feeling warm and cozy. The outdoor area with the pool is absolutely perfect for relaxing. The location is great — you can reach Tamarindo and the beach within just a few minutes by car.
The hosts provide amazing tips for excursions and restaurants and even organize everything for you if needed. In the bathroom, you’ll find high-quality natural products that are excellent for your skin. They even provide mosquito spray and sunscreen free of charge — where do you find that? Simply outstanding.
A special highlight is the homemade breakfast. Every morning there is a different fresh juice and two wonderful options, all prepared with great care and high-quality ingredients. Quality is clearly a top priority here.
We had the most wonderful time at Le MaGil — I could say so much more… there is not a single negative point. Everything was truly perfect. If we return to Costa Rica, we will definitely stay at Le MaGil again.

Séjour incroyable en cabina au MaGil. Endroit zen et raffiné, à seulement quelques minutes de la vibe de Tamarindo. Petit-déjeuner gourmand, piscine d’eau salée avec cascade… tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Même lors d’une petite pluie, il y a même un parapluie, chasse moustique naturelle. Les scooters inclus (fait partie des inclusions pour séjour de 3 nuits et plus) ont rendu nos explorations encore plus simples. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Le MaGil is a true haven of peace. The setting is calm and serene, making it just as pleasant for a holiday as for remote work.
The hosts are charming and very attentive. You immediately feel welcome in their hotel, and the rooms are well designed - very comfortable and charming.
We highly recommend it!
The hotel is a bit secluded, so it’s best to have a car or rent a motorbike at the hotel for more flexibility. Otherwise, Uber is always an option, but the cost can add up quickly.
