El personal es amable y es muy céntrico en Luton
El aire acondicionado se rompió y las ventanas no abrían en pleno verano a 32º, el sol le daba todo el día a la habitación, era un sauna realmente y la administración no solucionó el problema, también habló de un reembolso parcial por el incidente pero eso no ha sucedido
