Good location in the city property is in the city centre. The appartment is new and good. Staff is helpful.

Uncleaned room for a rather high price

It could be a nice cozy place to stay, but the approach to the cleanliness and hygene is unbelievable. I've never written such a bad review and I hate doing this, but others need to know what to expect. Unfortunatelly, since we found this room so untidy, nothing could have helped to rate this as a good experience.

It felt like there was no cleaning of this room since the last guests or whoever have left. The approach to cleanliness is terrible: - we found fridge with crumbles and mold - food leftovers in the kitchen sink - crumbles next to the stove where you cook - questionably washed cups (I washed it myslef and proved that if you wash it with care, you can clean the tea leftovers completely). Just to feel safer, I cleaned all the dishes myself before using it - yellow stain under the toilet (????) which was cleanable, not something unwashable. How on earth you may miss it if you're actually cleaning the room - dusts on the ground in all corners we even stopped checking. I was honestly afraid to find something more than we already found - open packages with leftovers of crisps and cookies in the kitchen. Else: - shower drain doesn't work. You take a rather quick shower, but the water doesn't disappear for like 15 minutes. As you're in the shower, you're always in the pool that eventually goes. This may be the building's issue, but that's what you'll find anyway - it seems that smoking is very welcome in the flat (good things for the smokers) and in other appartments (there are ashtrays available in the balkony). We had to close our balcony as people in the next appartment were amoking in the balkony next to ours. Evetually, we were unsure of our beds linens were clean. Host confirmed they were I texted the host with our findings the same day we arrived. She only confirmed the bed linens are okay and didn't react to any comments

Apartamentuose buvo švaru, tačiau atvykus norėjosi didesnio kruopštumo - šaldytuve buvo paliktas atidarytas vynas, taip pat radome sugedusį vaisių virtuvės spintelėje. Tikimės, kad ateityje bus kruopščiau patikrinama švara prieš atvykstant svečiams.
