Great spacy apartments, good furniture and a lot of amenities. Location is good as you have bus stop, quick taxi ride to any district, shop in the same house, grocery near and Indian cafe nearby. Host was always in contact, helped to solve all the questions, was happy to talk. We liked different options of payment and possibility to leave luggage after check out.
First night we arrived very late and first room was full of cockroaches! We were very upset and wanted to leave next day, but we were relocated in another apartment same floor and suprisingly had no incects at all! As I understand this can happen anywhere, not in a full control of hosts.
I would recommend to add additional hangers in the closet as it wasn't enough and there should be place for drying clothes (ropes or plastic thing).

Location. Cleanliness.
Noise from Main road. Check process was manual. No POS machine was available during checkin. Foreigners may face problems if no Card payment option available. Price could have been little lower.
