This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time

- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The perimeter security cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Great place for a family. Three living areas and two tvs. Three toilets always a plus with a full house. Walking distance to supermarket, coffee, foreshore, restaurants. We cooked most nights, everything you need is there. Only tip- bring a sharp knife in your check-in as the knives in most places are blunt.
