Great location in the heart of all. Karon Beach right across the street. Shopping, restaurants all in immediate area. Great rolled ice cream Street stands!

The staff provide unclear information when checking in. Check out takes a long time. The bathroom door was damaged. Your water temperature control did not work properly. Water always came out too hot even when i tried to balanced the temperature. The compressor is loud. Spacious swimming pool. The hotel is easy to find, convenient for eating.
