Nice caravan nice and quiet location, an iron is very much needed in the caravan

Nice and clean

There was no iron and the mattresses on the bed in the single bedrooms with being replaced as they are very uncomfortable and didn’t have no sleep,

Far from "Lovely"

Withernsea is a great location. WIthernsea Sands is a great park too.

No hot water or heating for the duration of the booking. We felt the owners either knew (or really should have known) that the boiler wasn't working before we arrived. They then failed to fix the boiler or offer alternative accommodation. Also, the sheets (which cost £60 on top of the booking), had obvious "personal stains" on them which was gross. What could have been a nice stay in a decent caravan was basically a disappointing fail, with C2Holidays being just enough behind the curve at every step to avoid having to offer alternative accommodation before we left. They have subsequently offered a 30% refund, which for me feels like corporate shenanigans to see how little they can get away with.

Quiet

Entitled "Karen" blocking my car as he needed to park there as he owned the caravan opposite. I could get out so he achieved nothing in the end.
