Очень удобное расположение, центр города, вокзал, море, супермаркеты, рестораны, магазины все рядом.Вход в закрытый дворик с улицы с помощью ключа, ключ был оставлен в боксе.
Внутри все соответствует фотографиям, правда уже необходим ремонт.Из бытовой техники все работало, есть кондиционер.
Постель чистая, удобная.
Хозяин на связи, отвечает на вопросы, помог нам с такси в аэпопорт, был ранний вылет.С шатлом в аэропорт решили не связываться, с расписанием большие трудности.🤔Ресторан за углом очень хороший, вкусно, рекомендуем посетить.
В душе не хватает полочки для шампуня-геля, их тоже не было, я теперь всегда имею свой.По 2 полотенца на весь срок, для ног 1, сушить проблемно, хотя сушилка есть.На кухне минимальный набор всякой посуды, бокалов для вина не нашли совсем, а нож столовый только один:) 🤔
На тумбочке около кровати нет никакого светильника, выключить свет, лежа в кровати не получится:)🤔
Очень шумная вентиляция из соседнего ресторана за углом, ночью слышно даже при закрытых окнах.
Как-то не разобрались с мусором, контейнеры с замками.

Very close to the beach and the center of Pescara. The apartment has AC which is great for hot summer days. We had a very relaxing holiday thanks to this accommodation

Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario del check-in e ci ha inviato una guida per poter accedere autonomamente all’appartamento. Ci ha inoltre consigliato ottimi locali in cui mangiare in centro. Posizione ottima, a 5 min da Pescara centrale e a 5 min dal mare.
Pulizia da migliorare, presenza di zanzare. Arredamento migliorabile per rendere più accogliente la struttura.
Assenza di asciugamano per bidet, ma solo di doccia e viso.

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location in the city center with lots of great restaurants and shops close by . The beach is just few blocks away too and the train station is very close. The host was very helpful too. We loved Nina’s Trattoria and Alla Chitarra Antica on same street , gourmet food at great prices.
