Staff was friendly enough

Unfortunately, our stay was very uncomfortable due to an issue with the air conditioning. The AC in our room stopped working properly, and the room reached around 85°F. We contacted the property, but we were told that we needed to go through the booking company and that maintenance would come check on it. The lack of working AC significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but I would have appreciated a quicker and clearer resolution while we were staying. Hopefully this issue is addressed so future guests don’t have to deal with the same problem.
