Overall, a very nice stay, the main highlight was the sunset drive with Said, this has been the best dunes bashing I have ever done, Said is a super nice person, I definitely recommend any activities with him. The camp is located in a very nice setting close to the dunes, where you can also go and watch the sunset on your own.
Given the price, the food and overall attitude of the restaurant staff were very disappointing. First of all, the quality of food did not correspond to the price tag of 200$ per night.
Given the fact that there only was only one other guest in the resort, they served set menu, which was a basic grilled chicken with rice. Not only, they didn’t give any choice and didn’t take any potential allergies into account, the restaurant staff was quite rude.
The same thing for the breakfast, they only had one option, so called omelette (which was rather sunny side up egg). When I asked the server if he had anything else, he said no and didn’t bring me this omelette. When I asked him where is my omelette, he started arguing with me that I said that I didn’t want omelette, which was not true, I have just asked if he had anything else. Honestly, this behavior is totally unacceptable and people like this shouldn’t work in the hospitality since they can ruin the ruin experience from otherwise nice place.

La struttura é bellissima, tenda pesante, fresca e dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata, bagno privato, frigo, phon, ecc.. La struttura offre numerose escursioni per cui è possibile vivere il deserto come lo si vuole, consigliato.

Bella location nel deserto facilmente raggiungibile anche con auto normale.
Bella l'escursione alle tende beduine e tramonto sulle dune con Mohammed. Ci ha spiegato molte cose su vita e usanze locali.
Upgrade a tenda royal ..gradito !
Cena e colazione a buffet buona e con tanta scelta
I vicini di tenda maleducati e rumorosi sino a tarda notte.
Va ricordato il rispetto del silenzio in orario notturno.
Del camp ci è piaciuto tutto.

A beautiful camp set in the heart of the desert, featuring spacious and very comfortable tents with air conditioning. The host was excellent, and the arrival was smoothly organized. Both, breakfast and dinner were delicious. The activities offered were great as well. I would absolutely recommend this place.
