Hollowdene is a little treasure. Everything is in perfect working order and the place is spotless and comfortable. The view is magnificent and there was a good breakfast too. Martina was very helpful and gave me lots of information about the area. Highly recommended.

Exceptional value for money. Spotlessly clean and the selection of continental breakfast items was much appreciated. Martina is a superb host. We'd highly recommend Hollowdene.

A quiet rural location, great for exploring county Down and Antrim. Close to the A1 for easy access to Belfast or Dublin. Views to the county side from the bedroom. Our host provided us with a varied continental breakfast and had many useful suggestions for places to visit in Northern Ireland. Only a short drive into Scarva, or about a 30-minute walk alongside the Newry canal. There is a nice café in Scarva, it’s very popular, so it can get busy. There is also a hotel in Scarva with a good restaurant.
