夜は日本語の話せるスタッフがいます。とても親切に対応してくださいました。お店の事を調べてもらったり、タクシーの手配などしていただきとてもありがたかったです。（朝のスタッフに引き継いでくれていました） 温泉のお湯が部屋の大きいお風呂で楽しめる！ 良い湯でした。 レセプション横に、お菓子やビールバナナ牛乳などちょっとしたものがあり、よかったです。
お風呂と洗面所が同じ場所にあり、体を流したお湯が洗面所に流れて床が濡れてしまうところです。 空港からタクシーで来る時、ホットスプリングを言わずに、ノクチョンホテルと説明した方がよいと思います。
