Very clean and comfortable whether you choose a private room or dormitory. The staff is amazing and speaks English very well. The food and drink selection is 5 star quality at a fraction of the price!
The only problem for me is finding an available room because the property is so popular but the staff goes out of their way to find an available room when you need to extend your stay

Breakfast is ok, room is clean
Too much noise from the AC outside the window
The location is not close to the center, the minivan to VangVieng refused to pick me up because of the hostel’s location
