Minato House is a beautiful two-story house well-equipped and comfortable. The host let us check-in earlier so we were able to visit Fukuoka without our luggage. The futon on the second floor were comfortable too. There was a manual explaining the house rules and how to make everything work so it felt easy.
The property was a little far from the center -19 mins from the subway. But if you have lots of luggage, a taxi for this length is cheap.

Whole private 2-storey house is nice, great facilities. Easy check-in and check-out. The owner replies fast.
No tv, the hair dryer is broken, no parking, there was a big cockroach came out from the kitchen
