Clean, location
I booked this property twice, for 14–16 October and 18–19 October, and unfortunately, both stays were disappointing. Despite having booked well in advance, I experienced the same unacceptable lack of communication regarding check-in on both occasions.
The host had informed me that check-in instructions would be sent the day before arrival. When they were not provided, I had to contact her myself and, ultimately, call her on the day of arrival just to obtain the necessary details. The host did not proactively contact me or ensure that the check-in process went smoothly.
The second stay was even worse. The host upgraded my booking and moved us to another room (since once again she omitted to send us the check in instructions) only for another couple to attempt to open our room door just a few hours later. The host had apparently SHARED our access code with other guests. This is a SERIOUS security and privacy issue that made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We were fortunate to be inside the room at the time. Had we been out, other guests could potentially have entered our room and accessed our belongings. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and demonstrates a concerning LACK of care for guests’ safety and privacy.
The problems did not stop there. During our first stay, the hot water was practically unusable. We were instructed to switch on the boiler and wait 40 minutes, which we did, only for the hot water to last approximately five minutes before turning cold again.
To make matters worse, during our first stay construction work on the mezzanine floor began at 5:30 a.m. on the second day of our stay, seriously disrupting our rest and making the overall experience even more unpleasant.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had booked the property four months in advance and had previously been happy with it.

L'appartamento, grande e arredato in modo funzionale, si trova in pieno centro.
Disponibilità e professionalità dello staff eccellenti.
Semplicissima modalità di accesso.

Mugav voodi, hea piirkond linna avastamiseks, sõbralik personal. Saime varem tuppa.
Vannituba pidevalt ujutas, seinad kostusid läbi, hommikuti enne 8 hakati juba majas remonti tegema. Voodist leidsime peale koristust elusa putuka.
