Directions re: check in were clear and actually the owner of our rental unit was sitting in the main lodge and assisted us further. The proximity to the Highland Games was perfect. The hot tub, sauna and pool were most welcomed after a long day walking at Loon. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as well and relaxing with the complimentary coffee. The studio is well equipped and allowed us to dine in.
Our emergency key did not work and someone called management for us after we locked our phone in the room after checkout. Housekeeping staff did respond within a short amount of time and we gained access to retrieve the phone,
