We really liked that the property owner sent us a detailed manual two days before our stay started. Everything was clearly explained: the key code to open the doors, how to use the equipment, and where to find the nearest shop, restaurants, and bars – amazing!
The pool is only 20 meters from the apartment and the beach is about 70 meters away.
The internet was good enough for remote work: around 40 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload. One person could work comfortably, including Microsoft Teams calls to Europe and committing to a local EU-based Git repository.
The apartment was very well equipped and made us feel like at home. It has two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a large living room, and a big, very comfortable terrace.
We are a family of two adults and two kids, and we really recommend this apartment.
We stayed at the apartment just after Easter, when the entire complex (10 separate buildings with around 12 apartments each) was very quiet. During our stay, there were no other children in the area.
The complex itself is excellent for families, offering two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a football field, and a playground. Because of the quieter season, our children often had these facilities all to themselves. While they missed having other kids to play with, we appreciated the calm and peaceful atmosphere.
This is purely a matter of timing and seasonality and is not something the property owner can influence.
Communication with the property owner was absolutely perfect. Even though we arrived at 7:00 PM local time and the owner was in Paris (with a +6 hour time difference), the communication was smooth, fast, and very helpful.
