Struttura in overbooking, ci hanno avvisato all'ultimo: Per messaggio non hanno risposto, a telefono ci hanno confermato che non c'era più disponibilità. Ho ricevuto il rimborso solo dopo aver contattato l'assistenza clienti di Booking e dopo avergli spiegato l'accaduto.

La vue sur Ajaccio Le garage en sous-sol

L'accueil où l'exigence est en sens unique, la saleté de l'appartement comme si quelqu'un vivait là et venait de partir sans nettoyer. La climatisation n'existe que dans le séjour contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce . Beaucoup de choses sont cassées , non entretenues ou pas aménagées. Vraiment très déçue par cette expérience désastreuse pourtant payée un prix conséquent. Le responsable de cette location n'a pas daigné non plus répondre à mon message, encore moins envisager une compensation pourtant légitime .

Beaucoup de petites choses à revoir ou réparer (poignée baie vitrée , plinthe chambre , lampe chevet , pas de rideau de douche )
