The perfect location on a beautiful street in Paris. A ground floor apartment that felt very safe and was easy to access

The kitchen is very small, and the sofa bed is not the most comfortable

I would not come back

Bare minimum in terms of amenities and furniture, no soap or shampoo at all in bathroom. A tiny place with barely anything in it and a video received on how to get in ( 2 codes and a hidden lockbox with a key in it) No answers or guidance about what to do before we leave despite me asking questions, until 1 hour after we had left. All this for $250 for one night!

Suitable only for local tourists

The price was reasonable, and the location was convenient.

The owner insisted to communicate us through Whats-Up and did not want to accept our inquiries using the official message system of Booking.com with LOG. No instruction for the use of washing machine, cable TV, oven, wifi...etc, everything was like a puzzle. We were almost shivering from the cold before we finally found the power switch behind the room heater. No soaps nor shampoo were served, contrary to Booking.com page.

Great location, functional, but little atmosphere

The neighbourhood is excellent, really perfect for seeing Paris and also getting a bit of a local vibe. We had a lovely brunch and also dinner nearby. We had very clear instructions how to get into the flat which was good. The bathroom has been updated, as has the kitchen, and though small, they work well. We had good heating (we were there in January). Communication with the owner was smooth. The flat is in a courtyard, so it was quiet.

The flat is very sparsely furnished, and there is little charm or atmosphere. Not sure what the other reviewers meant with their very high reviews that we missed, but to avoid disappointment, know that it is a very simple one bedroom flat with a sofa bed that has seen better days in the living room (I would not put two adults there, we have one child, that was doable), and a standard double bed with worn sheets (though clean!) in the bedroom, with no frills. With the 10/10 reviews we had expected more. Everything is functional, but the bedroom and living room could do with a touch up, and some more comforts. The kitchen was missing a few things, among them a wine/beer opener, and has just few utensils and cutlery so if you want to cook, it might be tricky. The flat was clean overall, but it’s not been decorated/updated for a long time. The bottom bathroom cupboard has definitely not been cleaned in a long time, but the bathroom was generally ok.
