All communication via the Booking.Com messaging was always responded to very quickly (often in real time!). I had some misgivings early in the process because of previous scamming messages sent to me via the Booking.Com platform (with an earlier booking) but Erick was very understanding and patient in my determining that our comms were genuine. The Apartment itself was spacious, extremely well equipped, had air con, two balconies, in fact everything we needed. Once we had oriented ourselves we found a quick and easy route to the centre of town, there were many small supermarkets and bar/restaurants close to us and the locals were incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself really was more of a haven to us than simply a base to return to. Highly recommended!
I genuinely have no real complaints re either my dealings with the hosts, the apartment itself or indeed Santa Maria.

I had a fantastic stay at Salinas Breeze. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed.
It’s about a 10-minute walk to Santa Maria’s main street, which I actually preferred as it was easy to reach everything while avoiding the noise of the busy centre at night.
Check-in was smooth, and thank you to Monica and Erick for organising the airport transfer—it made my arrival very easy.
I’ve stayed in a few apartments in Santa Maria, and this was definitely one of my favourites. Everything was ready from the moment I arrived, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped, with AC, washing machine and fast Wi-Fi which was very convenient. It’s in a quiet and safe area about a 12–15 minute walk to the beach and center. We also appreciated the restaurant discount and visiting the salt mines and dunes just behind the apartment. Monica and Erick were friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again!
The streets in Santa Maria could be more bright during the night, anyway Santa Maria is a safe town.

I visited Sal several times. I really enjoyed my stay at Salings Breeze. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and located in an authentic local area, which made the experience feel very welcoming. It’s also a short distance from the city center, making everything very convenient. Thank you Monica for your kindness and hospitality throughout the stay.
