Très belle maison confortable, beaux volumes , très bien située au calme
Accueil mitigé à l’arrivée et au départ par la conciergerie.
Un seul bip et une seule clé pour un logement pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Une boîte à clé serait bienvenue.

The villa is very well located and has some great features: it is spacious and well equipped, with air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms as well as in the living room. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful, with a truly idyllic setting.
However, the interior is very basic and extremely dated. The décor, furniture and overall design lack charm and could really do with a proper renovation and modernisation. That being said, everything was functional and we did not particularly lack comfort during our stay.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly affected by several important issues.
When we arrived, although the general level of cleanliness seemed acceptable, we were shocked by the number of spiders and cobwebs inside the villa. There were easily more than 50 spiders, with cobwebs in virtually every room. For a property of this standard, it gave us the impression that thorough cleaning and maintenance are not carried out regularly enough.
We also experienced a water leak / water damage during our stay. After contacting the agency, we realised that they were already aware of the issue and told us that we needed to stop using the air conditioning. Despite turning it off, the problem continued. It was particularly disappointing to discover only once we were there that the agency was already aware of this issue, especially considering that air conditioning is one of the amenities advertised with the villa.
Finally, although the outdoor area is beautiful, there is unfortunately a very large number of wasps and hornets around the property. At times, their presence made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces.
