Exceptional hospitality made my stay memorable. The food with the complimentary breakfast must be mentioned, especially their famous tea and coffee. The Royal suite (Chogyal's room) was just grand. Will go back again.

Feeling of a colonial Hotel with comfortable cosy rooms. Rooms come with fire place which is an added advantage during winter. Breakfast spread was satisfactory and Dinner was served in dining room with candle lit tables which was very romantic.Location of the hotel is a big plus and within walkable distance of restaurants and independent shops . Hotel definitely adds charm to the destination.
Needs improvement in certain repairs and maintenance.

The breakfast spread was found to be inadequate and needs improvement in line with current trends. It is recommended to enhance the offering by including a wider variety of fruits, fresh juices, and other contemporary options.
Overall basis, the culinary experience was exemplary.

Nice place
All the staff were very nice including the guard, housekeeper staff were excellent, restaurant staff were very good. Except a lady at the reception was rude. I asked her give a tour she was not interested. We enquired about the tea service she was visibly irritated. We did not feel welcome enough.
