For concerts and conferences itโs a good location because itโs adjacent Kintex1&2.
For Goyang stadium a few minutes walk.
Also near Kintex-GTX A station ๐ nearest station for sub and buses MRT exit1 and Hyundai motors bus stop
NO INDOOR SECURITY DOUBLE LOCK ๐ซฃ
The air conditioning is poor, we stayed during early spring, itโs very hot during the day and during the night, we have to open the sliding doors for ventilation despite the air conditioning on fixed โfanโ mode, room temp is fixed at 27C๐ฐ imagine the heat during daytime.
Far from food/grocery/ shopping areas. 7-11 at the lobby for quick meals.
The bathroom has no curtains/partitions, so the entire bathroom+toilet gets wet during shower๐คฆโโ๏ธ
They donโt do housekeeping unless requested AT THE CONCIERGE, maybe the housekeeping doesnโt understand the signage of make-up room vs Do not disturb?
