Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt,dazu beigetragen hat,dass ein einfacher Check-in mit netter Begrüßung der Besitzer erfolgte.Dann war alles sauber,mit sehr guter Innenausstattung und Geschmack eingerichtet.In der Küche waren sogar schon gekühlte Getränke und auch Tee,sowie Kaffee für den Anfang. Außerdem war die Kommunikation super schnell,wenn man was brauchte oder wissen wollte..Der Ort Bichl,in dem das Haus steht,ist ein typisches Bayrisches Dorf,sehr ruhig,aber auch alles in der Nähe da,was man benötigt,von der superschönen Umgebung ganz zu schweigen,von wo aus man alles an Freizeitaktivitäten machen kann.Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl mit hohem Erholungspotenzial!
Das sind nur Vorschläge zur Verbesserung,weil wirklich negativ war es nicht..auf dem Balkon könnte man vielleicht noch einen Stuhl dazustellen,im Schlafzimmer wäre eine Abdunklung schön und etwas mehr Bretter in der Küche würde n wir noch hinstellen.

The location was excellent for exploring the beautiful Bavarian countryside. The apartment was very spacious, and we loved the huge shower room, coffee maker and TV.
The sleeping areas, including the living room, would have been much more comfortable if there were blackout blinds or shutters. We were woken up by the early sunrise before 6.00. I suggest providing a lamp for each bedside table, instead of just one per double room. A couple of extra comfy chairs for the living room. This is particular useful for those with poor eyesight. Perhaps a small table by an electrical socket in the living room for charging electronic devices.

Modern, comfortable and a great sized apartment. Lovely part of Bavaria for social visits or good location for Penzberg if working there. Lilly provided excellent communication. Was very friendly when I met her at the apartment, her family live below. Huge TV. Well appointed bakery at end of road for breakfasts and lunches. Great Greek restaurant in walking distance. Didn’t use local pizzeria as closed Monday and Tuesday, can recommend Giorgio’s in next town of bendictbuern, 5 mins drive.
Nothing to dislike.

So eine schöne Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Sehr schöne und moderne Einrichtung, grosse Zimmer, sehr sauber, einfach TOP!
